Lampeter Sports Centre Gym
The gym on our Lampeter campus Includes state-of-the-art fitness equipment and resistance machines in a friendly spacious air-conditioned environment.
The gym has everything from dumbbells to cross-trainers, resistance machines to kettlebells, everything you could need for an effective workout.

You can use our large dance studio for dance classes, yoga, Pilates, and Martial Arts.

The Lampeter sports hall is equipped for a variety of activities including basketball, badminton, football, and netball.

The party package aims to take the hassle out of organising a birthday party or any other celebration.A number of activities are offered which give users a chance to have fun under the watchful eye of a supervisor. Sports available include football, netball, basketball, volleyball and a number of racquet sports are available.
If required, refreshments can be made available afterwards in the Lloyd Thomas Centre to complete the celebration.
Booking Cancellations
The Sports Centre Manager reserves the right to cancel any bookings as a result of weather conditions or for any reason related to other use of the facilities on the day of the booking or soon after.The University will endeavour to notify the hirer of cancellations by giving as much notice as possible.
The hirer must give one week’s notice of cancellation (48 hours for casual users), which must be received in writing by the University.
Bookings will be cancelled if, for two sessions running, the group does not attend without notice in writing.
Alterations to bookings will follow the same guidelines as those for cancellations.

Before using the Gym for the first time, we recommend that all new members complete a supervised gym induction with a member of our Health and Fitness team. You can book the gym at the Sports Centre Reception.
If you are a competent gym user and have previously had gym inductions, then you can sign our Induction disclaimer/waiver and use it straight away.
Equipment supplied by TechnoGym - The Wellness Company, Star Trac & Concept 2 Indoor Rower.
