Quality assurance

Cover of John Lowe Mike Walker's 1997 book: Reconstructing Quaternary Environments, 2nd edition. Longman. All work is undertaken to the highest standards using approved procedures/methods and is carried out or supervised by staff who have national or international reputations for research in their specific area(s) of expertise. Our work is very strongly client-focused, recognizing the need for:

  • strict confidentiality, where this is required
  • authoritative, high-quality, yet cost-effective work
  • initial help/advice in project design
  • close liaison at all stages of a project
  • meeting agreed deadlines for completion of work/reporting
  • appropriate levels of public liability insurance cover
