Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act aims to promote greater openness and accountability across the public sector. It gives a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities, sets out exemptions from that right and places a number of obligations on public authorities (including universities).
Under the Act the University of Wales Trinity Saint David is required to maintain a Publication Scheme together with a more detailed Guide to Information which we routinely make available. We hope that this will help you to find information more easily, without having to submit a formal request for information.
