After working in the primary sector for a number of years, I became a Geiriau Bach tutor in 2005, and now co-ordinate the project from Carmarthen campus at Trinity Saint David. By now there are many groups throughout Wales, and 9 community tutors.
It is a hands-on course, based on the good practice of the Foundation Phase and learning through play, and it is very satisfying to see early years settings working enthusiastically towards creating a bilingual environment.
