What careers are available for BA Early Years Education graduates?
The degree programme is designed to develop a highly skilled workforce for the early years education and childcare sector. Graduates from the programme have gone on to a range of professions. Trinity BA EYE graduates are now working as:
- Nursery Managers
- Project workers with children's organisations
- Childcare Project Managers
- Childminding Co-ordinators
Playwork Co-ordinators - Out-of-school Project Leaders
- Family Support Workers
- Hospital Play Workers
- Community Project Workers and Leaders
- Nursery Officers
- Speech and Language Therapy assistants
- Residential Care Workers
- Sure Start Co-ordinators
Others have gone on to postgraduate training and are now employed as:
- Teachers
- Midwives
- Nurses
- Social workers
- Education administrators
Some students want to further their own skills and knowledge by following postgradaute study at Certificate, Diploma, Masters or PhD level.
