Background

Helen has over 20 years lecturing experience within Further and Higher Education. As well as lecturing on undergraduate and post graduate programmes she has delivered and designed many bespoke training packages for a number of public and private sector organisations. She also has experience of working as a training officer within in a clothing factory and an electronics assembly plant and has worked on numerous research projects funded by the European Union.

She delivers on a range of undergraduate and post graduate programmes at Carmarthen responsible for modules including:

  • Organisational Behaviour
  • Human Resource Management
  • International Management
  • Marketing
  • Consumer Law
  • Customer Care
  • Study Skills

She is currently the Programme Co-ordinator for all first year Computing, Business and Tourism programmes at the Carmarthen Campus.

Her publications to date and research interest focus on motivation and the management of change in public sector organisations and equality in the workplace.
