Information regarding the College of Technology London
With effect from 16th November 2011, the arrangements between the University of Wales: Trinity Saint David and the College of Technology London came to an end.
The College of Technology London has made a number of allegations. These include allegations relating to the accuracy of information provided to students. The University considers these to be unfounded.
The University has robust and rigourous quality assurance systems and academic decision making processes, and is uncompromising in its approach to maintaining academic standards.
The University has raised serious concerns with College of Technology London about the performance of its obligations under the Agreement with the University and also in relation to its treatment of students, many of whom have raised concerns directly with the University over the past few months.
The University is taking legal advice and it would be inappropriate to comment in more detail at the present time.
The University is now focused on achieving the best possible outcome for students in the circumstances, and is looking to College of Technology London for its cooperation in order to achieve this.
