The University's Research Strategy

Members of the University's academic staff lead their field in a range of disciplines.
The University encourages and supports the development of research clusters, bringing together our academic excellence with partners in education, research centres, enterprises and regional authorities.
Playing to our academic strengths, the University supports research clusters in Classics, Education, Heritage, Archaeology, History and Anthropology, and Theology, Religious and Islamic Studies. Multidisciplinary networks consider Contemporary Welsh Culture; Creativity, Innovation and Design, and the University’s Special Collections.
