International Office visits new Classics link in Bologna, Italy

Staff from the International Office visited the new Erasmus link for Classics this week in Italy. The department of Classics on the Lampeter campus signed an agreement with the University of Bologna in 2011.

Our first students will go to Bologna next week. The two students studying Ancient History will spend their first semester in Italy.

International Officer Kath Adnum said:

“The University of Bologna was probably the first University in the western world and it is a perfect link for our Classics students. The Study Abroad programme is a great opportunity to live and study in another culture whilst still undertaking a degree at the University.”
