Assignment Collection

Hard copies of assignments are submitted by students to Y Cwad for collection by academic staff. In order to make this process as efficient as possible for you and your students, please notify us of any assignment deadlines at least 4 weeks in advance. This will enable us to provide adequate staffing on deadline dates. The LRC desk in Y Cwad will be staffed reduced hours on days when we have no record of any assignment deadlines.
Please note that we ask undergraduate students to submit their assignments by 3pm on the deadline date. This allows us to process and file all assignments before the end of the working day.
LRC staff will notify you of any assignments which have arrived for you on a weekly basis. If assignments have not been collected after 4 weeks we will notify the Faculty Office and ask for them to be collected.
