Administrative Assistant - Registry
Job Description
Fixed Term for 7 months
The Administrative Assistant will be located in the University Registry whose core responsibility is to deal with the applications and registrations of students. The post holder will cover reception duties during office opening hours and will regularly assist with data entry, mailings and the filing and archiving of student records. The Adminstrative Assistant will often be the first point of contact for applicants and students and the ability to speak Welsh is therefore essential.

The demonstrator will support students with film and media projects in terms of software and hardware functionality and problem solving.
