From intimate dinner parties to lavish formal banquets for up to 300 guests, you may be assured of the high standard of our service.A choice of dining rooms is available throughout the day and evening and each has its unique style and ambience. Our experienced team of chefs offer exclusive menus to suit your occasion and the dietary needs of our guests. Menus are freshly prepared and use local produce when ever possible.
Our facilities and services include:
- Four conference and dining suites with seating capacity up to 300
- Menus to suit your requirements, using local produce when ever possible
- Restaurant and coffee shop
- A fully equipped bar and a bottle bar
- Patio area with garden furniture
- Day delegate packages

The Cothi Suite - Holding up to 250 delegates theatre style, the Cothi is a highly adaptable room with ample space for exhibitions, presentations and large conferences. Equipped with its own PA system, sound induction system and air conditioning.The Cothi can seat up to 200 guests for a function, with no obstructing pillars, and has its own bar, dance floor, and patio area.
The Teifi Suite - can seat up to 100 delegates and also contains a bar.
The Taf Room - can seat up to 40 delegates for smaller meetings and training sessions. The Taf Room provides an ideal setting for intimate or less formal occasions.
The Flemming Suite - With high oak carver chairs and lined with bookcases, the Flemming is perfect for formal meetings requiring a boardroom setting as well as formal dinners. It can seat up to 40 delegates.
The Halliwell Theatre - Offering seating for up to 350, the theatre is ideal for large conferences. A perfect setting for launches, concerts and productions.
