Booking Conditions
Provisional bookings should be made in the first instance by telephoning The Halliwell office on 01267 222252. A provisional booking can be made and will be held for 14 days.
A non-returnable deposit of £300 is required as confirmation of the booking. The remainder of the account will be invoiced after the big day.
Children under 11 will be charged half-price for meals - a special menu is also available, please ask for details.
Final numbers of guests to be catered for should be confirmed 14 days prior to the event with alterations and changes accepted up to 48 hours prior to the reception. However, reductions in numbers/cancellations later than 14 days prior to the event will be charged at full rate.
