Update: Distance Learning Students’ Email issues
Update: We are glad to note that the process below has resolved issues and once completed you will be able to access your account. The University apologises for any inconvenience caused.If you still have a problem accessing your existing email and have not setup your new email account, please visit the following site: https://login.tsd.ac.uk and follow the instructions below.

1.) Enter your student number
2.) Enter “Yes” once you have read and understand the Acceptable Use Policy
3.) Enter your date of birth
4.) Click “Log in” icon
5.) Click “Change/Set password” icon
6.) Enter two copies of a new password (Min of 8 characters) and click “set password”
7.) Click “click here to continue”
8.) The process of account creation will begin
9.) Once the 5 options have green ticks the process is complete
10.) The screen will display your account name and also your new live@edu email address
11.) You can now access TSD online services such as Email and VLE (Moodle & Blackboard) using your username and password. For returning students - you will also have access to the old email system as well.

NEW STUDENTS
For those who haven’t completed enrolment, once your enrolment process is complete and all outstanding forms have been returned you will be able to access and login to the above site to setup your access account.
RETURNING STUDENTS
For those in the process of re-enrolling, once all outstanding forms have been returned you will be able to access and login to the above site to setup your access account.
