Welcome to the UWTSD Staff Information Services page. Below you will find information on how to access IT services and log a problem as well as details of our acceptable use policy.

Information Services is made up of three internal teams that cover both campuses. These are Service Desk, IT (Information Technology) and IS (Information Systems).

IT Service Desk

The IT service desk is available to all Staff to log any faults or requests regarding the IT equipment at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

To access the IT Service Desk please click here (only available onsite) alternative call 0300 500 5055 (ext. 5055 internally)

Please login using your user ID and password.

Overview
We currently use two email systems here at UWTSD. Lampeter based staff have access to a Microsoft Exchange email account whilst Carmarthen staff have access to a GroupWise mailbox. We will be soon moving all staff to a Microsoft Exchange email account but until that time we will continue to support both systems.
