TSD Graduate Summer School
2 – 6 July 2012
Open to all current TSD:
MA, MSc, MTh, MBA, MPhil, PhD, DMin students
The annual Graduate Summer School will be held from 2 – 6 July 2012 at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Lampeter Campus.
This is an ideal opportunity for research students to come to Trinity Saint David to meet supervisors, their Schools, the support networks and other research students.
A series of events have been planned for the week including a welcome reception, classes within your School with the opportunity to present a paper on your research, generic skills workshops, tutorials and research workshops. In additional there will the opportunity to talk and socialise with other research students associated with the university.

Tuesday 3 July |
Research students:Lecturers in methodological training and student's research presentations Masters and MTh students:Lecturers and Seminars within the School Evening tour around the Roderick Bowen Library and tour around Lampeter. |
| Wednesday 4 July |
All students:Interactive workshops on Moodle, e-books and on line resources. Mock viva session, Presentation Skills workshop, Academic writing skills workshop. MTh StudentsLecturers and Seminars within School. Evening visit to seaside town Newquay for fish and chips. |

Thursday 5 July |
Research Students:Workshops on Beginning your Thesis, Mid thesis Blues. Masters Students:Designing your Dissertation Proposal, Beginning Your Dissertation,How to apply for PhD research. All students:Interactive workshops including methodology skills relating to numerical data, internet research. Evening: Traditional Welsh Twmpath |

Friday 6 July |
Options for all students:Conference: The Bible and Tradition 1 day SPSS workshop Tutorials with supervisor Workshop on Postgraduate Research student lifecycle and processes |
