Postgraduate Research Fees
The fees for Trinity Saint David research degrees for 2011/12 are shown below. The fees are paid per year for the full fee paying period. The period of candidature also allows for an optional writing up period after the fee paying period has been completed. The fee for the writing up period is shown below.

Below are two examples of how the fees would look if you decided to study full or part time. Your period of candidature will have a minimum and maximum period of study. The minimum period of study includes the fee paying period and you may submit your thesis at the end of this period. Even if you chose to submit your thesis during the fee paying period, you will be required to pay the total fees due for the fee paying period.
The maximum period of study includes an optional writing up period for which there is a nominal writing up fee per year. You may submit at any time during the writing up period but must submit by the end of the maximum period of candidature.
Fees are continually reviewed by the University and may be subject to increase.
