Work placements offer a flexible, low risk opportunity to recruit skilled students and graduates for short term projects. During a placement a student or graduate will work with you for 6-10 weeks to complete a project or set of tasks that will significantly benefit your business, this can be on a full time or part time basis.

  • The Weekly salary cost is £250 and GO Wales subsidises £95 per week towards this.
  • We work with businesses in all sectors and industries across Wales and can help with any graduate calibre project you may have in mind.

Funding For Training

Small to Medium sized companies (SMEs) in Wales can claim up to £1500 towards the cost of training graduate employees using the Graduate Training and Development Fund.

  • We can offer up to £1,500 towards the cost of training any of your staff that already have an NQF Level 4 qualification such as a degree, HND, HNC or equivalent.
  • We fund 50% of the course and you pay the rest.
  • Participants can be any age and any time since graduation.
  • You must make an application with us before booking or paying for the training.
