Creativity and Innovation in Micro Enterprises (CIME)
The project provides free access to business consultants and membership of innovation networks to embed creativity techniques in small businesses to drive innovation. It offers bespoke training and consultancy on the development of new products, processes and services. Monthly meetings of the popular networks are held in Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, as well as four tiers of intensive one day workshops and innovative business consultations.
The Alliance provides support the development of IT professional and IT sector management and leadership skills. Through a multi stranded programme the team is able to help manages and leaders in all sectors equip themselves to exploit the benefits of technology in driving competitiveness and productivity. It will enable organisations to increase their IT user skills in line with business need.

Wales Rural Network Mentoring Project
The aim of the project is to provide mentoring and training to 4 Local Action Groups across Wales to develop and deliver transnational projects.
Creative Industries Support Network (CISNET)
This network provides business support and oppoutunities for joint working through a network of creative SMEs in 5 countries - Ireland, Wales, Spain, Portugal, Franc. The emphasis is on heritage and knowledge transfer opportunities between TSD researchers, heritage agencies and organisations who commission heritage interpretation services.
