Lampeter graduate Nicholas Groves (MA 2000, PhD 2008) published The Medieval Churches of the City of Norwich in 2010. Described as “A beautiful and definitive new guidebook on Norwich's outstanding collection of medieval churches”, the book reveals Norwich's compelling ecclesiastical set and celebrates the churches as medieval works of art, valuable social documents, and ancient places of prayer. The book has been a local best seller and won the History and Tradition class in the Jarrold-Eastern Daily Press East Anglian Book Awards. The book is available from the Publishers Norwich Heart or Amazon. Nicholas is also the author of The Academical Robes of St David’s College Lampeter (1822 – 1971), published by and available from the University.
